Just after our visit from Grandma and Grandpa Gant, Drew and I both noticed that Benjamin was taking an active role in reading his books. He started turning pages (left-handed) as we read - sometimes at the right time, sometimes a little early, but almost always with flare.
Favorite books are: Bear Snores On; Snowmen at Night; Little Quack; One, Two, Three; How Do I Love You?; But Not the Hippopotamus and Daddy Loves Me. While I can recite Big Red Barn to him and have frequently pulled it out in desperation (during a nap "interlude" or on the plane) it isn't a go-to anymore.
